The preparation method of the environment-friendly wear-resistant high polymer material comprises the following steps: step 1, putting white carbon black powder and aluminum powder into a high-speed ball mill together, adding solid naphthenic oil which accounts for 15-30% of the internal volume of the high-speed ball mill, performing ball milling for 1-1.5 hours at a ball milling rotating speed of 80-120 revolutions per minute, adding carbon powder which accounts for 1% of the volume of the high-speed ball mill every 0.2-0.5 hour, and performing ball milling for 1-1.5 hours at a ball milling rotating speed of 80-120 revolutions per minute; finally, 120-150-mesh mixed powder A is generated, and the mixed powder A is taken out and placed in a vacuum tank to stand at the temperature of 20-30 DEG C; a pre-oxidized composite solution A is placed in a carbonization furnace containing inert gas, oxidation is conducted for 3-4 hours at the temperature of 500 DEG C, the temperature is increased by 5 DEG C every one minute, carbonization is completed, and the outer layer of the composite material has good abrasion resistance due to the fact that the outer layer of the composite material contains a large amount of chromium, vanadium and other elements, and the outer layer of the composite material further has good thorough quenching.
