The refractory material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of fused zirconium mullite with the particle size of 65 meshes, 1-5 parts of fused white corundum with the particle size of 180 meshes, 2-10 parts of CL370 corundum micro powder, 5-10 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts of silicon carbide with the particle size of 240 meshes, 0-5 parts of silica fume, 0-1 part of an additive, 1-3 parts of steel fibers and 0-1 part of explosion-proof fibers. A cement-free binding agent is adopted, M70 mullite, fused zirconium mullite, SiC and the like with excellent thermal shock resistance are comprehensively adopted, the physical and chemical product performance of the electric furnace cover is greatly improved, the service life is longer, meanwhile, a chromium-free technology is adopted, no toxic and harmful substances such as chromium oxide are discharged in the production process, the environment-friendly effect is achieved, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
