The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous ceramic material for water treatment filtration, which comprises the following steps: mixing, kneading, aging, extruding, drying, sintering and the like, the sintering is carried out in a gas type tunnel kiln, the temperature is raised in a stepped heating mode, and finally, the porous ceramic material is obtained by sintering at 1250 +/-30 DEG C for more than 6 hours. Modified aluminum hydroxide is compounded with aluminum hydroxide and starch to serve as a composite pore-forming agent, the heating rate and the sintering temperature are cooperatively adjusted in the sintering process, the porosity of the product is improved, meanwhile, the use amount of aggregate can be greatly reduced, the strength, the water flux and other performance of the product can be ensured, and the qualification rate of the product is effectively increased; the sintering temperature is reduced, and the water treatment filtering use requirement is effectively met.
本发明公开了一种水处理过滤用多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括:混料、捏合、陈腐、挤出、干燥和烧结等步骤,其中烧结是在燃气式隧道窑中进行,经过阶梯式加热方式升温,最后经1250±30℃保温烧结6h以上,得到多孔陶瓷材料。本申请采用改性氢氧化铝复配氢氧化铝以及淀粉作为复合造孔剂,在烧结工艺上配合调节升温速率和烧结温度,在提高产品的孔隙率的同时,可以大幅度减少骨料的用量,并可以确保产品的强度以及水通量等性能,有效提高产品的合格率,降低烧结温度,有效满足水处理过滤使用需求。
