Reinforcing steel bar anti-corrosion treatment process
The invention relates to a steel bar anti-corrosion treatment process which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating a steel bar to obtain a clean steel bar; s2, after the reinforcing steel bars obtained in the S1 are bound to form a reinforcing steel bar framework, the surface of the reinforcing steel bar framework is evenly coated with anti-rust paint; wherein the anti-rust coating is prepared from a silicate material, ergothioneine, oat beta-glucan, calcium alginate and a water-based polymer emulsion; s3, after the steel reinforcement framework obtained in the S2 is subjected to concrete pouring to form a prefabricated part, the exposed steel reinforcement surface of the prefabricated part is wrapped with an anti-rust paste; the anti-rust sticker comprises a net-shaped sticking film, an electret film, a moisture absorption composite film and an isolating film which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. The problems that an existing anti-rust treatment mode cannot give consideration to the anti-rust performance and the bond stress of the steel bars, and the exposed steel bars are prone to rust are solved, the beneficial effects that the anti-rust performance, the bond stress of the steel bars and durability are improved are achieved, and the method is suitable for anti-rust treatment of large-batch prefabricated bridge components.
本发明涉及一种钢筋防锈蚀处理工艺,其包括以下步骤,S1对钢筋进行预处理,得到洁净的钢筋;S2将所述S1得到的钢筋经过绑扎形成钢筋骨架后,在所述钢筋骨架表面均匀涂覆阻锈涂料;其中,所述阻锈涂料包括硅酸盐材料、麦角硫因、燕麦β‑葡聚糖、藻酸钙、水性高分子乳液;S3将所述S2得到的钢筋骨架经过混凝土浇筑形成预制件后,在所述预制件裸露的钢筋表面包裹防锈贴;其中,所述防锈贴包括自内而外依次设置的网状贴膜、驻极体膜、吸湿复合膜和隔离膜。本发明解决了现有防锈蚀处理方式不能兼顾防锈性能和钢筋握裹力、且裸露的钢筋容易反锈的问题,具有提高防锈性能、钢筋握裹力和耐久性的优点,适用于大批量预制桥梁构件防锈处理。
