The invention discloses a self-adaptive gravel pile hole vibroflotation construction method which comprises the following steps: a pipeline for supplying water penetrates through a telescopic guide rod and a vibroflotation device and then extends out from the bottom end of the vibroflotation device, so that the water is sprayed out from the bottom end of the vibroflotation device to carry out water flotation pre-destruction on a stratum; when it is judged that the current pore-forming speed of the vibroflot is smaller than the highest pore-forming speed and larger than the lowest pore-forming speed, the pore-forming speed change trend of the vibroflot is determined according to the current pore-forming speed of the vibroflot; and according to the determined change trend of the pore-forming speed of the vibroflot, controlling the flow of water sprayed from the bottom end of the vibroflot, so that the pore-forming speed of the vibroflot is kept in a proper speed interval and is always lower than the highest pore-forming speed.
