The invention provides a cast-in-place pile construction platform for roads and bridges, and relates to cast-in-place piles, the cast-in-place pile construction platform comprises a base platform mounted in a river channel and a platform arranged above the base platform and connected with the base platform through a column body, and a filling hole used for allowing a steel casing and a reinforcement cage to penetrate through is formed in the middle of the platform; and the filling holes correspond to and are communicated with the filling holes in the river foundation bed. Through the arrangement of the upper supporting unit and the lower supporting unit, one to-be-welded reinforcement cage can form suspension supporting in the steel casing through the lower supporting unit, and the other to-be-welded reinforcement cage and the reinforcement cage in the steel casing form a staggered state in the suspension process of hoisting equipment; and stable supporting is conducted through the upper supporting unit, and the two reinforcement cages are both supported and are in a relatively stable state, so that a worker can conduct a circle of welding operation on the peripheries of the reinforcement cages conveniently.
