The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundations, in particular to an uplift pile and a construction method thereof.The uplift pile comprises a pile body, the pile body is provided with an embedded section inserted into the ground and a side circumferential face connected with the embedded section; the anti-pulling mechanism is arranged on the embedded section, the anti-pulling mechanism comprises a plurality of anti-pulling plates, and the plurality of anti-pulling plates can stretch out and draw back in the radial direction of the pile body; and the rotating shaft is rotationally connected into the pile body, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the anti-pulling mechanism, and the rotating shaft rotates to drive the anti-pulling plates to stretch out and draw back in the radial direction so that the opposite side circumferential faces of the multiple anti-pulling plates can stretch out or retract inwards. When the rotating shaft rotates to drive the anti-pulling plates to stretch out and draw back in the radial direction and the multiple anti-pulling plates stretch out relative to the side circumferential face, the contact area of the anti-pulling pile and a soil body is increased, the bearing capacity of the anti-pulling pile is improved, the length or diameter of the anti-pulling pile can be reduced while the bearing capacity is guaranteed, and cost is reduced; when the multiple uplift plates retract inwards relative to the side circumferential face, the uplift pile can be pulled out and recycled more easily.
