Static load test device and method
The static load test device comprises a detection unit used for detecting the settlement amount of a foundation pit and a force application unit used for applying load to a test point, the force application unit is arranged in the foundation pit through a plurality of supporting rods for providing transverse support for the force application unit, and the force application unit comprises a top plate and a bottom plate; the edge of the top plate and the edge of the bottom plate are connected through a flexible part to form a material containing bag with a containing cavity, the material containing bag is filled with a liquid-like medium formed by mixing steel balls with three particle sizes and lubricating oil, and the particle size ratio of the steel balls is 1: 3: 6; a pressure sensor used for detecting the load of a test point is arranged in the center of the bottom plate, a measurement identification point is arranged in the center of the top plate, and the detection unit comprises a displacement sensor used for detecting the distance between the top plate and the bottom plate and a total station arranged outside the foundation pit and used for detecting the height of the measurement identification point. The size of the test device is reduced, and the test device is convenient to install; and the problem of local accumulation in the detection device is avoided, so that the static load test result is more accurate.
