The existing pile static load test method comprises the steps that a test pile is marked according to pile position coordinates; on the basis of the identification information, drilling is conducted downwards at the corresponding position of the center of the test pile till a test hole with the required depth is formed in the pile body of the test pile; a hard pipe is arranged in the test hole till the bottom of the hard pipe makes contact with the hole bottom of the test hole, the top end of the hard pipe is exposed out of the ground by a certain height, and a slurry through hole communicated with the test hole is formed in the pipe wall of the hard pipe; grouting materials are poured into the hard pipe and the test hole, and the test hole is filled with the grouting materials until the grouting materials overflow from a pipe opening in the top end of the hard pipe; the top end of the hard pipe is connected with a bearing plate, a jack and a counter-force system are installed, and a single-pile static load test is carried out. Under the condition that the existing pile is buried underground, the static load test can be conveniently carried out without excavation of the foundation pit, the test cost is saved, and the test time is shortened.
