The invention discloses a longitudinal and transverse seepage drainage system structure arrangement method for composite seepage drainage walls of a solid waste landfill, which comprises the following steps: arranging 1-2 seepage drainage wall composite seepage drainage bodies along the longitudinal direction of the solid waste landfill, and arranging 4-6 seepage drainage wall composite seepage drainage bodies along the transverse direction of the solid waste landfill, so as to form longitudinal and transverse seepage drainage systems; the composite seepage drainage body of the seepage drainage wall comprises a coarse sand protection layer (6) and a melon-seed-shaped piece permeable layer (4) from left to right, and vertical non-woven geotechnical cloth (5-1) is externally attached to the two sides of the melon-seed-shaped piece permeable layer (4) respectively; and a broken brick covering layer (7) is laid at the upper part of the composite seepage drainage body of the seepage drainage wall at the heightening stage. The seepage drainage wall composite seepage drainage body is arranged along with the running stage of the landfill, seepage drainage of the landfill is completed by increasing the seepage fracture surface of the percolate and rapidly entering the bottom percolate collecting blind ditch along the seepage drainage wall, construction is convenient, the investment cost is low, pertinence is high, and the seepage drainage requirements of the II-type solid waste landfill with poor water permeability can be well met.
