Pipeline consolidated substance breaking robot
The invention relates to the field of pipeline maintenance, and discloses a pipeline consolidated matter breaking robot which comprises a robot body. The dredging part is rotatably connected to the machine body; the walking mechanism is connected to the machine body and comprises main wheels, and the main wheels are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the machine body; the main wheel is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft, and the first driving mechanism is in transmission fit with the rotating shaft; the rotating part is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft; the auxiliary wheel is rotatably connected to the rotating part; the second driving mechanism is in transmission fit with the rotating part, the robot is provided with the flexible walking mechanism, the robot can go deep into a pipeline to treat consolidated objects without assembly, the robot can have the capacity of crossing obstacles and increasing the fording depth by adjusting the auxiliary wheel, and the robot can be conveniently and rapidly operated by adding the rotatable pneumatic pick assembly with the operation angle capable of being adjusted. The cleaning device can adapt to most underground pipelines, and a traditional relatively heavy cleaning device is replaced.
