A connecting column is fixedly installed at the end of the operation flat plate, and the connecting column is movably connected with a crawling ladder through a connecting block arranged on the arc-shaped outer wall of the connecting column in a sleeving mode. According to the multifunctional scaffold, after the ladder stand rotates to be parallel to the operation flat plate, the supporting rods are pulled out, the bottom ends of the supporting rods are inserted into contact grooves formed in the bearing blocks, a stable triangle is formed among the supporting rods, the ladder stand and the supporting legs, and the supporting rods are matched with the bearing blocks to support the ladder stand in the horizontal state; and therefore, the ladder stand can bear more materials after rotating to a horizontal state, and the ladder stand is convenient for workers to use.
