Medicament isolation production system
The invention provides a medicament isolation production system which comprises an isolation cabin and medicament production equipment arranged in the isolation cabin, the isolation cabin comprises a plurality of cabins connected in sequence, and airtight mouse holes communicated with each other are formed between every two adjacent cabins. Each cabin is provided with a corresponding air inlet closed valve, an air exhaust closed valve and an air exhaust fan matched with the air exhaust closed valve; the medicament isolation production system further comprises an air conditioning box and an air exhaust box, the air conditioning box is connected with the air inlet closed valves of all the cabins through air inlet pipes, and the air exhaust box is connected with the air exhaust closed valves of all the cabins through air exhaust pipes. All the cabins of the system are connected with one another through airtight mouse holes, all the process steps can be sequentially carried out in the isolation cabins, the risk that personnel and the environment are exposed to medicine particles is avoided, in addition, the pressure difference of all the cabins can be effectively controlled through independent exhaust airtight valves and exhaust fans, and the safety of medicine particles is improved. This helps the medicament within a specific cabin to be less likely to diffuse into other cabins during production.
