One aspect of the present invention relates to a medicament supply device for a neutron capture therapy system, comprising: a medicament passing member for supplying a medicament to an irradiated body; the containing mechanism is used for containing the medicine passing part, and the containing mechanism comprises a first containing part arranged on the partition wall. Another aspect of the invention relates to a neutron capture therapy system comprising the medicament supply device. Through the design of the accommodating mechanism, the medicament passing part can directly enter the irradiation chamber from the outside of the shielding door, bypasses the shielding door, and the aim of continuously dosing an irradiated body is fulfilled without stopping medicament supply in the moving process of the irradiated body from the medicament control chamber to the irradiation chamber; the arrangement of the accommodating mechanism reduces the exposure of the medicament passing part in the irradiation chamber in a neutron irradiation environment, effectively prevents the medicament in the medicament passing part from generating a boron neutron capture reaction with neutrons in the environment, and avoids the reduction of the effective boron medicament content in the medicament passing part, thereby improving the medicament supply efficiency during treatment.
