Mute prefabricated substation
The mute prefabricated substation comprises a transformation chamber, a high-voltage chamber and a low-voltage chamber, a mute ventilation mechanism is arranged in the transformation chamber, one end of the mute ventilation mechanism is connected with the transformation chamber, and the other end of the mute ventilation mechanism is communicated to the outside of the transformation chamber; a main body of the mute ventilation mechanism is two concentric cylinders which are sleeved together, the mute ventilation mechanism comprises a mute inner pipe and a mute outer pipe, the mute outer pipe is arranged outside the mute inner pipe in a sleeving mode, and a first sound insulation cavity is formed between the mute inner pipe and the mute outer pipe; noise generated by the transformer box is weakened through the mute ventilation mechanism. According to the mute prefabricated substation, noise can be effectively reduced on the basis that the ventilation and heat dissipation requirements are met, and the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced.
本发明涉及一种静音预装式变电站,包括变压室、高压室和低压室,变压室中设有静音通风机构,静音通风机构的一端连接变压箱,另一端连通至变压室外部;静音通风机构的主体为两个套设在一起的同心圆柱体,包括静音内管和静音外管,静音外管套设在静音内管的外部,静音内管和静音外管中间为隔音腔一;变压箱产生的噪音通过静音通风机构削弱。本发明的静音预装式变电站,能在满足通风散热要求的基础上有效地降低噪声,减少对周围环境的影响。
