Compared with the prior art, the invention solves the problem that the mechanical properties of the cement-based material are affected by delayed coagulation due to inhibition of cement hydration by lead ions and zinc ions. The calcium hydroxide is added, the solubility product of lead hydroxide and zinc hydroxide formed based on the reaction of hydroxyl ions, lead ions and zinc ions is lower than the solubility product of the calcium hydroxide, and inhibition of the delayed coagulation effect on the zinc ions and the lead ions is achieved.
