The special admixture comprises the following components: a polycarboxylic acid alkaline water component, a retarding component, an anti-mud component and an air entraining component, wherein the polycarboxylic acid alkaline water component is an alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether acrylic polymer and comprises the following components: TPEG, ammonium persulfate, acrylic acid, a reaction initiator, isomeric ester and water, and the alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether acrylic polymer is prepared by the following steps: putting the components of the alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether acrylic polymer into a reaction kettle; the preparation method comprises the steps of stirring, dropwise adding and the like. And then compounding with other components of the special admixture according to the formula ratio to obtain the special admixture for the gelling granular material.
