The invention discloses impermeable concrete suitable for severe cold areas and a preparation method thereof.The impermeable concrete is prepared from 300-350 parts of cement, 80-130 parts of admixture, 720-820 parts of sand, 810-830 parts of stone, 160-180 parts of water and an impermeable anti-freezing agent, the impermeable anti-freezing agent comprises basalt fibers, modified polyester fibers, steel fibers, nano-silica with the average particle size smaller than 100 nm and a water reducing agent, the total amount of the basalt fiber, the modified polyester fiber and the steel fiber is 28-80 parts, the dosage of the nano silicon dioxide is 3-5 parts, and the dosage of the water reducing agent is 8-10 parts. The concrete system prepared by the invention is high in anti-permeability, high in compressive strength, low in anti-permeability and freeze-thaw loss rate and excellent in performance.
