Organic-inorganic composite conductive cement-based material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an organic-inorganic composite conductive cement-based material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The organic-inorganic composite conductive cement-based material provided by the invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of a cementing material; 5 to 30 parts of a conductive hydrogel precursor solution; 0.02 part to 0.08 part of a cross-linking agent; and 25 to 50 parts of water. The preparation method of the organic-inorganic composite conductive cement-based material comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a conductive hydrogel precursor solution; and 2) uniformly mixing a cementing material, the conductive hydrogel precursor solution, a cross-linking agent and water, injecting into a mold for molding, demolding, and carrying out high-temperature curing and normal-temperature curing. The organic-inorganic composite conductive cement-based material has excellent conductivity and excellent mechanical properties, and the preparation method is simple, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种有机‑无机复合导电水泥基材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的有机‑无机复合导电水泥基材料包括以下质量份的制备原料:胶凝材料:100份;导电水凝胶前驱体溶液:5份~30份;交联剂:0.02份~0.08份;水:25份~50份。本发明的有机‑无机复合导电水泥基材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)制备导电水凝胶前驱体溶液;2)将胶凝材料、导电水凝胶前驱体溶液、交联剂和水混匀,再注入模具进行成型,再脱模后进行高温养护和常温养护。本发明的有机‑无机复合导电水泥基材料兼具优异的导电性能和优异的力学性能,且其制备方法简单、生产成本低,适合进行大规模推广应用。
