The europium-doped heat-quenching-resistant blue fluorescent ceramic is characterized in that the chemical composition general formula of the europium-doped heat-quenching-resistant blue fluorescent ceramic is Lu2Sr (1-x) Al4SiO12: xEu < 2 + >, x is the molar percentage of Eu < 2 + > doped Sr < 2 + > site, and x is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.1; the material is prepared by a high-temperature solid-phase method. The blue fluorescent ceramic disclosed by the invention takes LuSrAl4SiO12 as a matrix, and emits bright broadband blue light near 460 nm under the excitation of an ultraviolet light source near 340 nm in wavelength. The fluorescent ceramic has an obvious heat quenching resistance characteristic at the temperature of 298K-473K, and the emission intensity of the fluorescent ceramic at the room temperature is 1.4-1.8 times that of the fluorescent ceramic at the temperature of 423K, and the preparation method is simple, green and environment-friendly, and can be applied to industrial production of LED/LD (Light Emitting Diode/Laser Diode) devices.
本发明公开了一种铕掺杂抗热猝灭蓝色荧光陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,其化学组成通式为Lu2Sr(1‑x)Al4SiO12:xEu2+,其中x为Eu2+掺杂Sr2+位的摩尔百分数,0<x≤0.1;采用高温固相法制备得到。本发明的蓝色荧光陶瓷以LuSrAl4SiO12为基质,在波长为340nm附近的紫外光源激发下,在460nm附近发射出明亮的宽带蓝光。且该荧光陶瓷在298K~473K的温度下具有明显的抗热猝灭特性,在423K时达到室温发射强度的1.4~1.8倍,且制备方法简单,绿色环保,可应用于LED/LD器件工业化生产。
