High-zirconium composite brick and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a high-zirconium composite brick which comprises the following raw materials: ZrO2, Al2O3 and SiO2, the high-zirconium composite brick is a special material which is formed by melting a crystal at a high temperature, converting the crystal into a solid phase, forming a ceramic crystal, cooling, crushing to form micron-sized powder, sintering at a high temperature, and extruding by using a press machine. After the material is crystallized, a main crystal Z-AS corundum and mullite is formed, a micro-glass phase material with uniformly developed and distributed crystal grains is formed, a material body is a high-wear-resistance material with high structural strength and good thermal shock resistance, and finally, a combined body formed by combining AZS and the Z-AS corundum material is a composite material. The combination body is an RT-Z-AS80 type material formed by combining high-purity quartz nano glue materials after technical treatment, is applied to the glass kiln pool wall (mainly used for binding bricks on the glass kiln pool wall), is efficient and energy-saving, is beneficial to building and use of the glass kiln, and well meets the use requirements of the glass kiln pool wall.
