The invention discloses a warm mixing type rubber asphalt-based ultrathin wearing layer pavement and a construction method thereof. The warm mixing type rubber asphalt-based ultrathin wearing layer pavement is of a three-layer structure comprising a pavement crack repairing agent, high-modulus tack coat oil and an ultrathin wearing layer from bottom to top. The advantages of good cohesiveness and high water damage resistance of rubber asphalt are fully exerted, the problems of falling, oil flooding and insufficient skid resistance in rainy and snowy weather caused by insufficient cohesiveness of a traditional thin overlay are solved, and compared with a high-viscosity high-elasticity ultrathin wearing layer and a NovaChip pavement, the material cost is greatly reduced, and the pavement is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. Meanwhile, the problem that the compaction degree is insufficient due to the high mixing temperature of the rubber asphalt is solved through the introduction of the warm mixing technology, the pavement crack repairing agent is adopted for crack repairing, the original pavement becomes a whole, and the integrity and the service life of the warm mixing type rubber asphalt-based ultrathin wearing layer pavement are guaranteed.
