The invention relates to a construction method of a multi-lane ultra-wide steel box girder structure bridge in a long and narrow space in a busy city center, in particular to a curve sliding and pushing construction method of a steel box bridge. Comprising the steps that a construction area of the steel box bridge is sequentially divided into a bridge section manufacturing area, a bridge section pre-positioning area, a bridge section conveying area and a bridge section in-position area; the construction process of the steel box bridge is implemented through the layout of the space site in the first step, specifically, the steel box bridge is divided into a plurality of bridge sections, the bridge sections are further divided into a plurality of block bridge sections in the wide range, manufacturing, overall splicing, overall lifting and high-altitude opening-to-opening assembling are carried out, and the steel box bridge moves forwards along a vertical parabolic track of a bridge section guiding guide rail through walking sliding equipment; and finally arriving at the preset position of the bridge section. The invention provides an early-stage preparation work for realizing aerial posture transfer for large bridge construction in a narrow space, and provides corresponding auxiliary equipment, so that a powerful early-stage guarantee is provided for final steps such as aerial assembly or aerial rotation of a later bridge.
本发明涉及在繁忙城市中心、狭长空间内多车道、超宽钢箱梁结构桥梁的建造方法,具体是一种钢箱桥的曲线滑移、顶推建造方法;包括将钢箱桥的建造区域依次划分为桥段制作区、桥段预位区、桥段输送区、桥段就位区;利用步骤1所述空间场地的布局实施钢箱桥的建造过程:将钢箱桥划分为若干桥段,再进一步将桥段宽幅分割多个分块桥段进行制作、整拼、整体抬升、高空对口组拼,通过步履滑移设备沿着桥段导向导轨的竖直抛物线轨迹前行,并最终到达该桥段的预定位置。本发明提出了一种在狭小空间内,为大型桥梁建造实现空中姿态转移而做的前期准备工作,并提出了相应的辅助设备,如此,为后期桥梁的空中组对、或者空中转体等最终步骤,提出了有力的前期保障。
