The invention discloses a continuous rising construction method for a high rising layer of a roller compacted concrete dam. The continuous rising construction method comprises the steps of construction preparation, early-stage warehouse preparation construction, warehouse surface acceptance inspection, concrete pouring, remaining height warehouse preparation construction, process acceptance inspection, continuous concrete pouring and concrete curing. Before concrete pouring, only part of the height standby bins are checked and accepted, namely, bin opening construction is conducted, the remaining height standby bins are completed during concrete pouring, unlimited continuous rising can be achieved under the condition that no special structure needs to stop the bins, the number of cold rising layers is reduced, meanwhile, rolling supervision and rolling layer temperature control are combined, and the construction efficiency is improved. Important parameters of concrete construction are supervised, prompted and fed back, the interlayer combination quality of the concrete is guaranteed, the warehouse preparation time is shortened, the construction progress is accelerated, and the requirement for long-period non-intermittent continuous rising of dam concrete in the low-temperature season is met.
