The invention discloses a multi-layer waterproof structure penetrating out of a metal roof pipeline. The multi-layer waterproof structure comprises a first waterproof layer, a second waterproof layer, a third waterproof layer and a fourth waterproof layer. The first waterproof layer comprises a TPO sleeve arranged outside the pipeline penetrating out of the metal roof in a wrapping mode, and the first waterproof layer extends to the metal roof and is connected with the waterproof roll of the metal roof in a welded mode; the second waterproof layer is arranged on the third flashing plate penetrating out of the metal roof pipeline TPO sleeve in a wrapping mode and extends to be laid to the metal roof; the lower part of the third flashing plate is fixed on the metal roof through a concave steel part; the third waterproof layer is coated on the third flashing plate by a flexible waterproof coating and extends to the metal roof; the fourth waterproof layer comprises a second flashing plate fixedly arranged on the outer side of the third waterproof layer and is fixedly connected with a plate rib of the metal roof through a steel plate clamp; the first flashing plate is fixed through a hoop and covers the top of the second flashing plate. The water leakage problem of the pipeline penetrating out of the metal roof can be effectively avoided, and the waterproof performance and the structural stability of the roof are improved.
