The fabricated concrete elevator shaft structure comprises a supporting assembly and a concrete elevator shaft; wherein the supporting assembly comprises a plurality of stand columns which are arranged at intervals, and a mounting area is defined by the multiple stand columns; the concrete elevator shaft is arranged in the mounting area, the concrete elevator shaft comprises a plurality of shaft units which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode in the vertical direction, a cavity vertically penetrating through the shaft units and mounting cavities are formed in the shaft units, and the multiple mounting cavities are arranged around the cavity at intervals; the cavities of the shaft units are arranged oppositely and communicated to form a shaft for an elevator to move, the mounting cavities of the shaft units are consistent in number and are arranged oppositely one by one, the mounting cavities arranged oppositely in the vertical direction are communicated to form a communicating cavity, the communicating cavity and the stand columns are consistent in number and are in one-to-one correspondence, and the stand columns are arranged in the corresponding communicating cavity in a penetrating mode. The installation time of the shaft unit is shortened, the installation period is short, safety is high, and the stability of the assembled concrete elevator shaft structure after installation is improved.
