The climbing mechanism is arranged, so that the overall stability of the device is higher, the safety can be guaranteed, the alarm mechanism is arranged, a transmission belt wheel is used for driving a sound drum to rotate, a sound brush on the inner wall of an alarm shell is continuously hit, and therefore the whole device can continuously give out an alarm sound during self-climbing; and when the device is in a static state, the alarm shell is ensured to be in a quiet state, the safety of the device during use can be higher through the arrangement of the alarm mechanism, clamping teeth can achieve a self-locking effect, and when an incomplete gear climbs and rotates, due to the fact that the incomplete gear is meshed with a climbing toothed plate, a certain self-locking effect can also be achieved.
