According to the scheme, sand can pass through the sand outlet, the sand transfer device, the sand temporary storage device, the sand recycling device and the sand inlet to form a complete circulation path, so that automatic excavation and automatic backfilling are realized in the processes of excavation and maintenance and backfilling after maintenance; and compared with a traditional soil covering tank structure, the soil engineering operation amount is greatly reduced, and the operation efficiency is greatly improved.
