A louver panel assembly (100) is disclosed, the louver panel assembly (100) comprising a plurality of vertically stackable sub-panels (101), where each of the sub-panels (101) comprises a body having a top end, a bottom end and two opposite sides, where the top end has a first interlocking profile (102), and the bottom end has a second interlocking profile (102). The first sub-panel (101) has a first interlocking profile (102), and the bottom end has a second interlocking profile (103) complementary to the first interlocking profile (102), and wherein, when the first sub-panel (101) and the second sub-panel (101) are vertically stacked, the first interlocking profile (102) of the first sub-panel (101) and the second interlocking profile (103) of the second sub-panel (101) releasably interlock with each other; a first elastic member (104), the first elastic member (104) being disposed between the first interlocking profile (102) and the second interlocking profile (103) so as to form a first waterproof seal between the first interlocking profile (102) and the second interlocking profile (103) when the first sub-panel (101) and the second sub-panel (101) are vertically stacked; and means (105) provided by the sub-panel (101) to hold the sub-panel (101) within the guide means in use.
