Non-metal FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcing mesh forming and weaving device
The invention relates to equipment for a production technical route of a non-metal FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcing mesh. The technical result is an increase in the manufacturing quality of non-metallic FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) reinforcement meshes, since the same number of longitudinal roving bundles can be manufactured around the transverse bars strictly perpendicular thereto. The non-metal FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) reinforcing mesh forming and weaving device comprises an electric driving device, a transverse bar supply device and a longitudinal roving supply device, the transverse bar supply device and the longitudinal roving supply device are both installed on a frame, and the longitudinal roving supply device is distinguished by a gear with an opening and used for dividing a longitudinal roving bundle into two strands and interweaving the two strands together. The device further comprises a transverse bar cutting device, a rack and a guide comb are arranged, the rack and the guide comb are perpendicular to the frame and move along the axis of the frame, and a longitudinal groove is formed for containing a transverse bar.
