The invention discloses a multifunctional concrete curing agent in a low-temperature environment and a preparation method of the multifunctional concrete curing agent. The multifunctional concrete curing agent comprises 15%-30% of a permeation densification component, 15%-30% of an acrylic emulsion, 40%-68% of a paraffin emulsion and 0.5%-1% of a coalescing agent. The concrete densifying agent has two components of permeation densifying and organic film forming, and when the concrete densifying agent is uniformly distributed on the surface of concrete for curing in a construction mode of smearing or spraying and the like, the densifying component permeates into the concrete and continuously reacts with calcium ions in the concrete, so that the densifying effect is improved. Slightly-soluble or insoluble crystalline substances such as hydrated calcium silicate and ettringite which are insoluble in water are formed, capillary channels are blocked, and water evaporation channels are reduced. And the organic film-forming component is evaporated, and emulsion particles are gathered together to form a thin film with low moisture permeability on the surface of the concrete. The inorganic densification component and the organic film-forming component act together, so that the water retention effect of the concrete is improved.
