The Portland cement, the composite foaming agent, the gravel, the alkali-resistant glass fiber, the water repellent, the reinforcing agent, the nano inorganic material, the polylactic acid, the wood fiber, the waterproof agent, the anticorrosive agent, the defoaming agent and the water reducing agent are combined for use and are stirred and mixed to prepare the mortar.
