High-water-resistance ardealite self-leveling mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ardealite self-leveling mortar with high water resistance. The ardealite self-leveling mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 90 parts of ardealite, 2 to 5 parts of cement, 1 to 3 parts of mineral powder, 0.4 to 0.8 part of ethyl cellulose, 6 to 8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 12 to 14 parts of microcapsules, 1.6 to 1.8 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of a de-foaming agent, 0.08 to 0.12 part of a retarder and 26 to 30 parts of water. According to the waterproof mortar, an insoluble hydration product formed by cement and mineral powder in a mixture, ethyl cellulose and nano silicon dioxide can form a network structure to fill tiny pores in the mortar to prevent water permeation and enhance water resistance, finally, the waterproof agent is packaged in microcapsules prepared from gelatin, and the microcapsules can be crushed and dissolved when being in contact with water, so that the waterproof mortar has a waterproof effect. The waterproof agent is released to fill pores and cracks to form a waterproof barrier, so that the water resistance of the gypsum mortar is improved.
