High-strength ardealite-based self-leveling mortar and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to high-strength ardealite-based self-leveling mortar which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 700 to 800 parts of ardealite, 50 to 80 parts of cement, 0 to 150 parts of inert filler, 40 to 80 parts of active filler, 0 to 150 parts of river sand, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.4 to 0.5 part of anti-settling agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of water-retaining agent and 0.2 to 0.5 part of retarder. The self-leveling mortar does not need to smear an adhesion agent on a construction base layer, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced; and after the ardealite-based self-leveling mortar is hydrated and hardened, excessive water at the bottom can be dissipated through the base layer which is not coated with the interface agent, so that the phenomenon of deformation and cracking caused by difficult dissipation of water at the bottom of the thick-layer ardealite-based self-leveling mortar is prevented. The problem to be solved by the invention is to improve the hydrated and hardened strength of phosphogypsum-based self-leveling after excessive addition of water, and the standard requirements can be easily met.
本发明涉及一种高强磷石膏基自流平砂浆,以重量份数计,包括如下成分:磷石膏700‑800份,水泥50‑80份,惰性填料0‑150份,活性填料40‑80份,河砂0‑150份,消泡剂0.5‑1.5份,减水剂1.5‑2.5份,抗沉降剂0.4‑0.5份,保水剂0.2‑0.3份,缓凝剂0.2‑0.5份。该自流平砂浆无需在所施工基层涂抹界面剂,从而提高施工效率,降低成本;并且在磷石膏基自流平砂浆水化硬化后,底部的多余水分可通过没有涂刷界面剂的基层散失,以防止厚层磷石膏基自流平砂浆底部水分不容易散失而导致的变形开裂现象。本发明所解决的问题是提高磷石膏基自流平在过量加水后水化硬化的强度,容易达到标准要求。
