The invention provides a preparation method of phosphate tailing-based high-hydration-resistance calcium-magnesium refractory particles. Calcium and magnesium components are obtained after a calcium and magnesium phosphate tailing sample is subjected to the flotation technology of one-time reverse flotation phosphorus removal, one-time roughing, three-time sweeping and one-time refining direct flotation calcium and magnesium extraction; preparing the selected calcium-magnesium component into a cylindrical test block, and lightly burning to obtain a lightly-burnt calcium-magnesium component; the preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the light-burned calcium-magnesium component, carrying out disc granulation, spraying water in the granulation process to obtain spherical particles, drying the spherical particles, and calcining to obtain the high-hydration-resistance calcium-magnesium refractory particles. The method is simple in process and low in cost; the light burning temperature is low; a modifier is not needed; the prepared calcium-magnesium particles are high in refractoriness and good in hydration resistance; the magnesium-calcium brick which is high in refractoriness under load, high in high-temperature compressive strength and good in erosion resistance can be prepared by mixing the calcium-magnesium phosphate tailings with high-quality magnesia, high-added-value utilization of the calcium-magnesium phosphate tailings can be realized, a new profit growth point is brought to phosphorus chemical enterprises, and sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical enterprises is promoted.
本发明提供一种磷尾矿基高抗水化性钙镁耐火颗粒制备方法。钙镁质磷尾矿预处理:将钙镁质磷尾矿样品经过一次反浮选除磷、一粗三扫一精正浮选提钙镁浮选工艺后得到钙镁组分;将精选的钙镁组分制成柱形试块后轻烧得到轻烧钙镁组分;将轻烧钙镁组分经粉磨后进行圆盘造粒,造粒过程中喷雾水,实现球形颗粒,球形颗粒经干燥后煅烧得到高抗水化性钙镁耐火颗粒。本发明工艺简单、成本低;轻烧温度低;不需改性剂;制备出的钙镁颗粒耐火度高、抗水化性好;用其与优质镁砂混配能够制备出荷重软化温度高、高温耐压强度高、抗侵蚀性能好的镁钙砖,能够实现钙镁质磷矿尾矿的高附加值利用,为磷化工企业带来新的利润增长点,促进磷化工企业的可持续发展。
