The invention provides a production method of low-conductivity high-purity microcrystal spheroidic alpha alumina, which comprises the following steps of: purifying industrial alumina serving as a raw material twice, briquetting the obtained alumina filter cake by using a high-pressure brick machine, stacking, and calcining in a tunnel kiln or a pushed slab kiln to obtain alpha alumina bricks; and treating the alpha alumina brick to obtain the product. According to the method, industrial aluminum oxide is taken as a raw material and can be seamlessly connected with a Bayer-process aluminum oxide production process, and no industrial three wastes are discharged in the production process, so that the atmosphere is prevented from being polluted by sodium salt. Meanwhile, the produced aluminum oxide product is good in quality and can meet the requirements of lithium battery diaphragm coating, heat conduction, 99 electronic ceramics and high-end refractory raw materials.
本发明提供了一种低电导率高纯微晶类球形α氧化铝生产方法,该方法中,以工业氧化铝为原料,进行两次提纯,然后将得到的氧化铝滤饼使用高压砖机压块并码垛,送入隧道窑或推板窑煅烧,得到α氧化铝砖块;将α氧化铝砖块处理,得到产品。该方法以工业氧化铝为原料,可与拜耳法氧化铝生产工艺无缝衔接,并且生产过程无工业“三废”排放,避免了钠盐污染大气。同时生产的氧化铝产品质量好,可满足锂电隔膜涂覆、导热、99电子陶瓷、高端耐材原料需求。
