The invention relates to the technical field of sludge reinforcement, and discloses a construction method for regionally reinforcing a sludge area by adopting a fiber reinforced composite curing agent, which comprises the following construction steps: 1) dividing the sludge area into a plurality of construction areas according to construction requirements; (2) stirring and mixing the fiber reinforced composite curing agent and a water body according to a set water-cement ratio to form curing slurry; (3) the sludge in the construction area is stirred through a stirring machine, the solidification slurry is synchronously sprayed into the sludge to be stirred and mixed, and solidified soil is formed; (4) the construction step (3) is repeated till the sludge in the multiple construction areas is stirred to form solidified soil; the stirrer is used for stirring the sludge in the construction area, the curing slurry is synchronously sprayed into the sludge, and stirring is performed step by step to ensure that the curing slurry and the sludge are stirred and mixed, so that the construction progress of subsequent procedures can be accelerated, the construction period is shortened, the cost is saved, and the problem that the construction process of chemical treatment in the sludge area is slow is solved.
