Compared with the pure construction of the geogrid reinforced gravel pile, the multi-layer reinforced gravel pile comprising the geosynthetic material wrapping layer is wrapped with the geotextile, so that the requirement on the construction precision is higher, and the method can protect the integrity of the geotextile to the maximum extent. The geotextile can achieve the effects of draining water and blocking flowing of fine particles, it is guaranteed that the gravel pile serves as a drainage channel all the time under the long-term service effect, consolidation of a soft soil foundation is accelerated, and dissipation of excess pore water pressure of a liquefiable site is promoted during an earthquake.
