The invention provides a treatment method for large-flow confined water inrush of a foundation pit, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The problem that an existing foundation pit piping sudden accident cannot be treated in time is solved. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a pressure reduction and precipitation standby well and a water level observation well in a foundation pit and a water level observation well combined use well outside the foundation pit are started for water pumping; 2, back pressure is conducted on the leakage area, drainage is conducted on leakage points through a drainage pipe, and sand filtering and water seepage are achieved; 3, gushing water is drained into a drainage pipe, when the top end of the drainage pipe is higher than the water level, a still water condition is formed in the drainage pipe, and when no water gushing condition occurs in other areas of the water gushing point, double-liquid grouting is conducted on the outer side of the water gushing point, a water seepage channel is blocked, and then quick-drying concrete is poured to block a gushing opening; and 4, on the outer side of the inrush area and avoiding the settlement center area, a dewatering well is dug in a supplementary mode, and the water pumping capacity of lowering the water level to be 1 m below the maximum excavation face is achieved.
