The inverted siphon pipeline construction method comprises the following steps that a first inverted siphon well is excavated on one side of an obstacle, and a second inverted siphon well is excavated on the other side of the obstacle; a drill bit of the drilling machine drills into the ground from the upstream of the first inverted siphon well, penetrates through the first inverted siphon well, penetrates through the lower portion of the obstacle, penetrates through the second inverted siphon well and drills out of the ground from the downstream of the second inverted siphon well; a drill bit of the drilling machine is replaced with a reamer, the reamer moves along the track of the drill bit, and a channel used for laying a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a third pipeline is formed underground; the second pipeline is pulled into the channel, and the two ends of the second pipeline are made to communicate with the first inverted siphon well and the second inverted siphon well correspondingly; the first pipeline is connected to the upstream of the first inverted siphon well, the water outlet end of the first pipeline is communicated with the first inverted siphon well, the third pipeline is connected to the downstream end of the second inverted siphon well, the water inlet end of the third pipeline is communicated with the second inverted siphon well, and according to the inverted siphon pipeline construction method, obstacles do not need to be damaged, and the construction influence is small.
