According to the H-shaped steel beam column connection reinforcing device, the U-shaped sleeve plate is connected with the U-shaped connecting plate through the connecting piece, the installation stability of the U-shaped connecting plate is improved, meanwhile, shearing force borne by the U-shaped connecting plate from the steel beam in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the steel column and in the direction parallel to the length direction of the steel column is shared, and stress is more uniform; and the whole structure is reinforced by clamping and sleeving the U-shaped sleeve plate on the wing plate of the steel column, so that the stability of the whole connecting system is greatly ensured.
