Secondary welding reinforcing joint structure for H-shaped steel column and steel beam
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering steel structure reinforcement and transformation, and discloses an H-shaped steel column and steel beam secondary welding reinforcement joint structure which comprises end plates, angle steel, bolts and a cover plate. Wherein two bolt holes are formed in the two ends of a wing plate on one side of the angle steel, the wing plate on the other side of the angle steel is welded to the positions, close to the outer edge, of the inner side faces of an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate of a web groove in one side of an original H-shaped steel column, and the end plates are fixed to the outer side faces of the wing plates with the bolt holes of the angle steel through bolts penetrating through the bolt holes of the angle steel. The end plate and the outer edge of a flange plate of the original H-shaped steel column are welded through full penetration groove welding, and the two cover plates are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the end plate respectively and welded to the end plate and the flange plate and a web plate face in a web groove of the H-shaped steel column. By the adoption of the method, the problem that secondary welding connection of the steel beam is hindered by the residual connecting plate in the web groove of the H-shaped steel column can be solved, internal damage to steel in a node area is greatly reduced, the rigidity and the bearing capacity of a node reinforcing area are improved, and the safety after structural transformation or reinforcement is guaranteed.
本发明涉及建筑工程钢结构加固改造技术领域,且公开了一种H型钢柱与钢梁二次焊接加固节点构造,包括端板、角钢、螺栓、盖板;其中角钢一侧翼板在两端开两个螺栓孔,另一侧翼板焊接在原H型钢柱一侧腹槽的上、下翼缘板内侧面靠近外边缘部位,端板用螺栓穿过角钢螺栓孔固定在角钢有螺栓孔翼板的外侧面,采用全熔透坡口焊将端板和原H型钢柱翼缘板外边缘焊接,两块盖板分别置于端板上、下各端部,并焊接在端板和H型钢柱腹槽内的翼缘板和腹板面上。本发明的运用,可解决H型钢柱腹槽内残留连接板妨碍二次焊接连接钢梁的问题,极大地降低了节点区域钢材的内部损伤,提高了节点加固区域的刚度和承载能力,保证了结构改造或加固后的安全性。
