The invention provides a turnover-free prefabricated composite wall with a reversely-hit heat preservation layer and a prefabricating method of the turnover-free prefabricated composite wall, and belongs to the field of prefabricated constructions.By reversely hit a heat preservation plate, pouring an outer acanthus on the heat preservation plate, then laying a pouring net plate and directly pouring an inner acanthus, the outer acanthus and the inner acanthus can be almost synchronously poured and maintained, and the prefabricated composite wall is high in heat preservation efficiency. Half of the prefabrication forming time is saved, and the efficiency is greatly improved; and a turnover tool required by traditional secondary pouring can be omitted.
