Hollow fiber composite membrane for atmospheric water collection and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a hollow fiber composite membrane for atmospheric water collection and a preparation method thereof. The hollow fiber composite membrane contains a large number of hydrophilic groups, and the purpose of trapping water molecules in the atmosphere is achieved through the weak interaction between the hydrophilic groups and the water molecules; the hollow fiber composite membrane contains magnetic nanoparticles, and the magnetic nanoparticles in the membrane are heated by utilizing an external magnetic field, so that the purpose of water molecule desorption is achieved. The trapping capacity of water molecules is improved by utilizing the large specific surface area of the hollow fiber membrane; the atmospheric water collection efficiency is improved by utilizing the high mass transfer efficiency of the hollow fiber membrane; the nanometer heater is used for heating and desorbing water molecules, and the energy utilization rate is increased. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing magnetic nanoparticles with a specific Curie point by a coprecipitation method, and spinning the polymer and the magnetic nanoparticles into the hollow fiber composite membrane by a dry-wet phase conversion method. The prepared hollow fiber composite membrane can quickly and efficiently trap water molecules in air, so that the aim of collecting water in the atmosphere is fulfilled.
本发明提供一种用于大气集水的中空纤维复合膜及其制备方法。所述的中空纤维复合膜上含有大量的亲水基团,利用亲水基团与水分子的弱的相互作用,实现捕集大气中水分子的目的;所述的中空纤维复合膜上含有磁性纳米粒子,利用外加磁场对膜内的磁性纳米粒子加热,实现水分子脱附的目的。该发明利用中空纤维膜大的比表面积提高水分子的捕集能力;利用中空纤维膜高的传质效率提高大气集水的效率;利用纳米加热器加热脱附水分子,提高能量利用率。具体制备方法:通过共沉淀法制备特定居里点的磁性纳米颗粒,通过干‑湿相转化法把聚合物与磁性纳米粒子纺丝成中空纤维复合膜。所制备的中空纤维复合膜能快速、高效的捕集空气中的水分子,从而实现大气集水的目的。
