The invention discloses an atmospheric water collection fiber and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite fibers.The preparation method comprises the following steps that sodium alginate and acrylamide are dissolved in a solvent, and a precursor spinning solution is obtained; a calcium chloride solution is adopted as a coagulating bath, the precursor spinning solution is injected into the calcium chloride solution, and a fiber precursor is formed through ion exchange; taking out the fiber precursor, standing, and after acrylamide is subjected to in-situ polymerization to generate polyacrylamide, immersing the fiber precursor into a lithium chloride solution to load lithium chloride through a salting effect, so as to obtain the atmospheric water collection fiber. The sodium alginate adopted by the invention is good in biocompatibility and has excellent water absorption performance; in addition, a dual-network structure constructed by sodium alginate and polyacrylamide can well constrain lithium chloride, and has excellent self-sustaining capability and moisture absorption performance. Therefore, the atmospheric water collection fiber prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical and moisture absorption properties and good compatibility with human bodies, and can be applied to the field of atmospheric water collection.
本发明公开了一种大气集水纤维及其制备方法和应用,其属于复合纤维技术领域,其中,该制备方法包括以下步骤:将海藻酸钠与丙烯酰胺溶解于溶剂中,得到前驱纺丝液;采用氯化钙溶液作为凝固浴,将前驱纺丝液注入氯化钙溶液中,经过离子交换形成纤维前驱体;将纤维前驱体取出静置,待丙烯酰胺原位聚合生成聚丙烯酰胺后,再浸入氯化锂溶液中通过盐渍效应负载氯化锂,得到大气集水纤维。本发明采用的海藻酸钠生物相容性良好,具有优异的吸水性能;而且,海藻酸钠与聚丙烯酰胺构筑的双网络结构能很好地束缚住氯化锂,具有优异的自持能力以及吸湿性能。因此,本发明制得的大气集水纤维的力学和吸湿性能优良,与人体相容性良好,可以应用于大气水收集领域。
