The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a plate rib type prefabricated composite floor, which belongs to the field of constructional engineering and comprises the following steps of: 1, placing a prefabricated plate with a key groove on a mold table; 2, side molds are arranged on the side portions of the prefabricated slabs, end molds with gravel grooves are arranged at the ends of the prefabricated slabs, openings of the gravel grooves face upwards, and the gravel grooves are filled with gravel; 3, a truss is arranged in the gravel groove, chord ribs of the truss are anchored into gravel, and bottom ribs protrude out of the upper surface of the prefabricated slab; prestressed reinforcements are arranged in the length direction of the prefabricated slab, and the two ends of the prestressed reinforcements penetrate through the end molds and are fixed through prestressed pedestals; distribution bars are arranged in the width direction of the prefabricated slab; 4, a cast-in-place concrete layer is poured in the area defined by the end formworks and the side formworks; and 5, the side molds and the end molds are dismantled after maintenance, and gravel is cleaned till the truss and the coarse aggregate of the cast-in-place concrete layer are exposed. According to the method, exhaust of the cast-in-place concrete layer is smooth, the shear resistance of the cast-in-place concrete layer is good, the connection performance of the overlapping face is good, and the size precision is high.
