The robot top auxiliary guide rail is arranged on the upper portion of the rack and fixed to the two sides of the upper portion of the rack through a connecting frame. The robot bottom walking frames are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the rack, and walking grooves are formed in the robot bottom walking frames; the robot top auxiliary guide rail and the robot bottom walking frame are parallel to the length direction of the rack; the bracket provided by the invention can be used for placing the underwater robot and driving the underwater robot to move up and down.
