Method for preparing aluminum nitride powder from soluble aluminum source and carbon source
The invention discloses a method for preparing aluminum nitride powder by using a soluble aluminum source and a carbon source, which comprises the following steps of: 1, adding aluminum nitrate nonahydrate and the water-soluble carbon source into deionized water, and stirring until the aluminum nitrate nonahydrate and the water-soluble carbon source are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution; 2, the mixed solution is continuously stirred and heated, deionized water in the mixed solution is continuously evaporated until the mixed solution is thick and becomes gel, then the gel is transferred to a drying oven to be dried, and a reaction precursor with a carbon source and an aluminum source evenly mixed is obtained; and 3, grinding and crushing the reaction precursor, and sequentially carrying out carbon thermal reduction nitridation in a nitrogen atmosphere and decarburization in an air atmosphere to obtain the aluminum nitride powder. Molecular-level mixing of the carbon source and the aluminum source is realized by using the soluble carbon source and the soluble aluminum source, reaction sites are increased, rapid proceeding and complete reaction of the carbon thermal reduction reaction are facilitated, the reaction temperature is effectively reduced, the reaction time is shortened, and the problems of non-uniform mixing of the aluminum source and the carbon source and low reaction yield in the traditional carbon thermal reduction method are solved. The reaction is insufficient.
本发明公开了一种利用可溶性铝源和碳源制备氮化铝粉体的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:一、将九水硝酸铝和水溶性碳源加入去离子水中搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合溶液;二、将混合溶液继续搅拌并加热,使混合溶液中的去离子水不断蒸发,直至粘稠成为凝胶后转移至烘箱烘干,得到碳源和铝源均匀混合的反应前驱体;三、将反应前驱体研磨粉碎后依次在氮气气氛中进行碳热还原氮化以及在空气气氛中脱碳,得到氮化铝粉体。本发明利用可溶性碳源和可溶性铝源实现了碳源和铝源的分子级混合,增加了反应位点,有利于碳热还原反应的快速进行和反应完全,有效降低了反应温度,缩短了反应时间,解决了传统碳热还原法存在的铝源和碳源混合不均匀,反应不充分的问题。
