The invention discloses a method for replacing and laying a guardrail and a stock rail on a bridge into a groove, and relates to the technical field of steel rail replacement and laying construction. Comprising the following steps that fasteners are dismantled, wherein all the fasteners of a tool rail bar to be replaced and laid are dismantled; the cantilever is put down, the position of the cantilever is adjusted, and the beam is put down; aligning, namely aligning a new rail and an old rail in sequence when the changing and paving vehicle moves forwards; a new rail lifting device is adopted for lifting a new rail, the replacement and laying vehicle moves forwards by a certain distance, the new rail enters a front guide frame, the replacement and laying vehicle moves by a certain distance in the rail unloading line direction, an old rail lifting device is adopted for lifting an old rail, the replacement and laying vehicle continues to move forwards, the old rail enters a lower guide frame, and the new rail enters an upper guide frame; the new rail enters a concrete sleeper basic groove, and the old rail enters a concrete sleeper guard rail groove; after the new rail falls into the groove by 50 m, the starting end locks the fastener by 20 m; and folding: folding the saw rails after the new rail and the old rail fall into the groove. Four rails can enter the groove at the same time, manpower input is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种大桥上护轨同基本轨换铺入槽的方法,涉及钢轨换铺施工技术领域。包括以下步骤:拆除扣件:将待换铺工具轨条的扣件全部拆除;落横梁:放下悬臂,调整悬臂位置,落下横梁;对位:换铺车前行进行对位,先新轨后旧轨;喂轨:采用新轨吊轨装置将新轨吊起,换铺车前行一段距离,新轨进入前导向框,换铺车沿卸轨的线路方向行驶到一定距离,旧轨吊轨装置将旧轨吊起,换铺车继续前行,旧轨进入下导向框,新轨进入上导向框;出轨:新轨进入混凝土枕基本槽,旧轨进入混凝土枕护轮轨槽;上扣件:新轨落槽50m后,起端锁定扣件20m;合拢:新轨和旧轨落槽后锯轨合拢。本发明可以实现四轨同时入槽,减少了人力投入,节约了施工成本。
