The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt mixture pavement design, in particular to a design method of an integral pouring type flowing mucilage asphalt mixture pavement. Comprising the following steps that (1) materials are prepared, aggregate comprises diabase with the particle size being 4.75 mm-13.2 mm, limestone mineral powder with the particle size being 0.075 mm or below is adopted as mineral powder, and high-viscosity asphalt is adopted as asphalt; (2) mixing proportion calculation; and (3) preparing and forming a mixture. By means of the design method, the composite structure FMA pavement which can be adjusted based on the filling degree and is integrally poured and formed at a time can be prepared. On the premise of large-flowability mucilage, aggregate gaps can be fully filled with the mucilage, so that asphalt pavements with different mucilage filling degrees can be obtained. Therefore, the waterproof layer on the lower portion of the FMA and the drainage pavement on the upper portion of the FMA do not need to be constructed separately, complexity of secondary construction is avoided, and meanwhile durability and rutting resistance of the asphalt pavement can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及沥青混合料路面设计技术领域,尤其是涉及一种整体浇筑式流动胶浆型沥青混合料路面的设计方法。包括以下步骤:(1)材料准备,集料包括粒径为4.75mm~13.2mm的辉绿岩,矿粉采用粒径在0.075mm以下的石灰岩矿粉,沥青采用高粘沥青;(2)配合比计算;(3)混合料制备与成型。该设计方法能够制备出一种能基于填充度调整的整体浇注一次成型的复合结构FMA路面。在大流动性胶浆的前提下,胶浆能够充分填充骨料空隙,因此可以获得不同胶浆填充度的沥青路面。这样FMA下部的防水层和上部排水路面不需要分开施工,避免二次施工的繁琐,同时能够保证沥青路面的耐久性和抗车辙性能。
